Established in 2005 Cold Spring's boutique vineyard is located in the heart of the kettle moraine near Holy Hill. Visit Cold Spring during harvest time and discover our distinctive regional methods making Quality, hand crafted wines. Wisconsin French hybrids, Frontenac and St Pepin grapes, are Produced and grown to thrive in Wisconsin short growing season. They are harvested and Made into a delicious dessert wine and crisp light bodied whites with a ripe, refreshing Character, then bottled in Cold Springs' winery.


Making quality wine requires a mix of agriculture, dedication and tradition. We represent a range of styles and vintages with the ambition to create Boutique wines.
